International Orders: International orders will be charged a handling fee of $3.00 in additional to the actual cost of shipping your order. Please specify air or ground shipping when you checkout. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Fabric Purchasing Policies
Stashbuilding: If you would like us to substitute a similar fabric, if we do not have enough of the fabric you ordered, please send us an email telling us this after you check out.

End of Bolt: If we near the end of the bolt when filling your order, we will add the additional fabric to your order. Please send us an email after you check out if you do not want us to do this.

Using the Shopping Cart
Our online shop is open 24 hours a day. You don't have to sign in just to visit the store. Like the in person store, you don't have to buy to visit.

Use the shopping cart to place your order. Select the items and quantity you want to purchase. Be sure to select the color or other options you prefer, if there are multiple options shown.

When you have completed your selections, click on the View Cart button to review your order. You can delete items or change quantities while on the View Cart page. Select either the Secure Checkout or Phone Checkout button at the bottom of the View Cart page when you are ready to checkout.

If you are paying with a credit card, please provide your exact name and billing address when you fill in the billing information. Your name and billing address must match the records of your credit card company. If you are ordering by phone, call us with your credit card information after you have completed your order. We will have a complete record of the items you ordered and of your shipping and billing address. You will need to tell us only your credit card information.
